Selection and design of temperature control valve:
The temperature control valve is the most important regulating equipment for the flow regulation of the heating system, and the other regulating valves are auxiliary equipment, so the temperature control valve is necessary. A heating system can not be called a heat metering and charging system if it does not set a temperature control valve. In the design of the temperature control valve, the correct selection is very important. The purpose of selecting the temperature control valve is to determine the KV value (the flow coefficient) according to the designed flow (known heat load), and then determine the diameter of the temperature control valve by the KV value. Therefore, the design drawings or factory samples must give the relationship between the KV value and the diameter, otherwise it is not convenient for the designers to use it.
The thermostatic valve of the type design, is not a simple temperature control valve selection and pipeline with the diameter is over. But in the process of selection, an ideal pressure difference working condition is created for the selected temperature control valve. The working pressure difference of a thermostatic valve is between 2 and 3mH2O, and the maximum is not more than 6 ~ 10mH2O.. Therefore, we must give the range of preset value of the temperature control valve, so as to prevent noise and affect the normal operation of the temperature control valve. When there are two or more caliber selection under the same KV value, a temperature control valve with small caliber should be selected first. The purpose is to improve the regulating performance of the temperature control valve.
